Organic Artisanal Cheese from Piemonte
Our will is to produce high quality cheeses which are also genuine and which can bring the smell of the milk of our region. They can share the hard work and the devotion of who contributed to make them so special.
Our dairy is located in Piedmont, precisely Val Sangone.
In this valley, between the mountains, there is Giaveno our small and welcoming town, a few kilometres away from Turin

Relationships based on trust and sharing are still possible here with the farms which give us the milk, whit the certainty that the quality, genuiniteness and healthiness of the product are a must beginning from the raw material.
For this reason, we chose to operate with regional milk, which can be transformed a few hours later from the milking and that is made from animals which can graze freely and which can eat grass and hay as nature requires.
